ROBERT EDGAR
Retired Lieutenant II, Los Angeles Police Department
Robert is a retired law enforcement officer with over 35 years of progressively
responsible assignments. Edgar spent the last 29 years of his career with the Los Angeles Police Department, retiring in 2017 at the rank of lieutenant. Robert’s primary areas of expertise include investigations, covert/undercover operations, special operations, and personnel management. He is a native of California but spent his formative years in Colorado, where he graduated from the University of Colorado – Boulder’s, Leeds School of Business. Robert is active in his retirement and enjoys recreational golf, volunteering at his local Catholic parish and many other outdoor activities. Robert is both excited and very pleased to be included on the board of directors. He believes this foundation will positively impact many young female student-athletes in the future.
